Cancellation:

During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 7 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.

During High & Peak Season (From 15th July to 15th September 1st to 31st August, 20th December to 15th January
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.
