As a one of Hotel in business area we provided six function room for conference and incentive including one Kenanga Ballroom , business centre, the swimming pool with Sunken Bar, sun bed, shades and towel service, massage and spa, Mini golf, three dinning venue and one Executive Lounge Bar & Karaoke. The hotels also offers American breakfast and 24 hours room service.

Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly.
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 25 nett/pax/day

Cancellation:

During Low Season

No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.

During High & Peak Season (from the whole August and from 20th December to 5th January)
1. Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 14 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 14 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made

3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
