TERM & CONDITION
Our Rates
are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people,
additional charge shall be applied of USD 10 nett/pax/day
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old
sharing bed with parent inclusive breakfast
4. Single room rate will be charged for 2 kids occupying one
room
5. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of
idr 125.000nett/pax/day
Our Rates are simply to be advised
CANCELLATION :
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received
by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation
received less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of
no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for
government tax & service charge will be applied.
2. A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 24
hours of arrival or in the event of no show.
During High & Peak Season (from 15th July to 31st August and
from 25th December to 8th January)
1. A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30
days of arrival.
